So, who is Gillian Welbourn? Well, simply, I am a UBC graduate with a lifelong passion for fitness, motivated to help and inspire those Vancouverites who find getting fit, or staying fit, to be a tremendous chore! I specialize in weight loss, core conditioning, balance and stability, and prenatal / postpartum exercise design. I strongly believe that a great Personal Trainer must practice what they preach. Therefore, I exercise regularly, am active in a variety of sports, and am a marathon enthusiast. I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association, California, and specialize in Prenatal and Postpartum Exercise Design.
